Welcome to the Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) Guest Wireless Network.

This network is provided as a convenience to authorized visitors, guests, partners, and event participants. By selecting “Accept & Connect” and using this network, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the ESC Region 13 Guest Wi-Fi network in a lawful, responsible, and appropriate manner.

You must not:

• Use the network for illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ESC Region 13 systems, accounts, devices, networks, or data.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security controls, content filtering, access restrictions, or network protections.
• Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful software or content.
• Perform unauthorized scanning, probing, interception, monitoring, or disruption of network services.
• Use the network in a manner that interferes with ESC Region 13 operations or the network access of other users.
• Access, transmit, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, or ESC Region 13 policies.

Security & Privacy Notice

• Guest Wi-Fi is a shared wireless service. Users should not assume that communications transmitted over the network are private or secure.
• Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, accounts, credentials, and information while connected.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law and ESC Region 13 policy, network activity may be logged, monitored, filtered, or restricted for cybersecurity, operational, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.

• ESC Region 13 does not guarantee the availability, performance, confidentiality, or security of the Guest Wi-Fi service.
• ESC Region 13 is not responsible for loss of data, device compromise, service interruption, or other damages resulting from use of the Guest Wi-Fi network, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
• Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when necessary to protect ESC Region 13 systems, users, or operations.
